Payment processing is handled by the payment gateway or banking partner according to their security standards and policies.
We may receive limited payment-related information such as transaction status, payment reference number, amount paid, date of payment, plan purchased, invoice details, and billing contact information for accounting, service activation, compliance, and customer support purposes.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts, provide access to dashboards and reports, deliver political intelligence services, generate AI-assisted summaries and insights, respond to support requests, process payments, issue invoices, improve platform performance, maintain security, prevent misuse, and communicate service updates.
We may also use aggregated or anonymised information to improve our analytics models, understand platform usage, enhance product features, and develop better research and reporting workflows. Aggregated or anonymised information does not directly identify an individual user.
5. AI-Assisted Processing
VoterIQ may use automation and AI-assisted tools to analyse submitted information, classify issues, summarise content, generate insights, identify patterns, and support research workflows. Users are responsible for ensuring that any data submitted to the platform is lawful, accurate, authorised, and appropriate for processing.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, including hosting providers, analytics providers, communication tools, customer support systems, payment gateways, accounting tools, and security vendors. These providers are permitted to use information only as needed to provide services to us.
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, court order, government request, payment dispute process, fraud prevention requirement, or to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of VoterIQ, our users, or others.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards to protect information from unauthorised access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain records, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and improve the platform. We may retain limited records of payments, invoices, support requests, and account activity where required for compliance or legitimate business purposes.
